Το πρόγραμμα στοχεύει στην υποστήριξη πτυχιούχων τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, ανέργων, μισθωτών και αυτοαπασχολούμενων, για την έναρξη/υποστήριξη της άσκησης επαγγελματικής δραστηριότητας συναφούς με την ειδικότητά τους σε αυτοτελή επαγγελματικό χώρο.
