Delighted to announce that my research paper “Report on Current Technological Tools for Natural Disaster Management: Enhancing Civil Protection with Big Data Analytics and AI — A Comparative Analysis with the TEMA Platform” has been accepted for presentation at SafeHeraklion 2025 (11th International Conference on Civil Protection & New Technologies, 22-24 October, Heraklion, Crete).

This work, authored by Efstathios Kassios, Et al. explores how cutting edge technological tools (big data, AI, etc.) can strengthen civil protection systems and provides a comparative analysis with the TEMA EU Project Platform.

I look forward to sharing our findings with the community, engaging in discussion with peers and stakeholders and contributing to the advancement of disaster resilience and safety.
