In a recent interview with Tucker Carlson he argues that in order to have world peace nowadays and a delicate balance between the superpowers, the West (meaning Europe, USA, NATO and its allies) has to recognize and abide to the rise of the multipolar world in terms of power and influence.

“Η ευρωπαϊκή ολοκλήρωση και το ΝΑΤΟ είχαν από κοινού γεννηθεί κατά τη διάρκεια του Ψυχρού Πολέμου. Η κοινή επέκταση της ΕΕ και του ΝΑΤΟ προς τα ανατολικά μετά το 1989 ήρθε ως αποτέλεσμα της ήττας της Σοβιετικής Ένωσης. Σε ότι αφορούσε τα νέα υπό ένταξη κράτη, η ιστορική λογική που συνέδεε την ΕΕ με το ΝΑΤΟ, άρα και με τις ΗΠΑ, ήταν αδιαμφισβήτητη.
